Jerilyn Willin is a speaker, performance development consultant, and career strategies/retirement coach. In 1996, following her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded JWillin Consulting, Ltd. Her work has taken her all over the United States as well as to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Helping individuals get in touch with and develop their potential is Jerilyn’s passion. A quote in Deep, Deeper, Deeper Still says “Most of us go to the grave with their song still in them”. Jerilyn believes every person, no matter what their situation, has within them the power to discover and sing their song aloud. What often gets in the way is reading from someone else’s songbook or not trusting our own voice.
She encourages clients on a journey deeper into their held beliefs about work and their potential. Exploring through dialogue, questions, journaling, and safe experiences individuals discover and experience not only the journey to full potential but the courage to act on what they find. It is never too late to find your voice or your song.
Jerilyn lives outside Chicago with her husband and two Old English Sheepdogs. Her dogs remind her every day of what is important: love unconditionally, play with abandon, nap when you need to, and drink plenty of water.
Wendy M. Warden is a coach, facilitator and avid photographer. In her coaching Wendy focuses on holistic healing of mind, body and spirit.
Along with “talk-therapy” she successfully works with writing, visualization, meditation, and prayer as tools for developing self-awareness and healing practices. She strongly believes, only in a context free of unproductive thoughts and feelings, that true wellness can be achieved and maintained. Journaling is one of the best and most cost effective tools available to us.
As a photographer Wendy is all about "capturing the moment” where life is vibrant and precious, provocative and striking, raw and truthful. All too often these moments pass without notice to be lost in our fast paced lives. Much like journaling, meditation and prayer a moment captured in a photograph can be a powerful visual way to ground us, reminding us of what is important in our lives, true in our hearts and of the most value to our wellbeing and happiness.
This journal, in partnership with Jerilyn, is a long-term dream of Wendy’s to promote journaling and as a tool for creating more mindful and joyful life.
Wendy lives in northern Illinois with her husband David and their two Newfoundland dogs, Laila and Corey. |
